Suns Showing Signs of a decline..?
Is it time to panic in the Desert?

After their fourth consecutive loss this Sunday afternoon, is it time for the Phoenix Suns to hit the panic button? The team who once led the West, the Phoenix Suns, have now lost their latest 4 out of 5 games since their only victory coming against the second to last place team, the San Antonio Spurs. Losing to the Mavs (111-130) & Celtics (125-98) in a rather embarrassing fashion, but the team put up a competitive fight in their back-to-back games against the team that now leads the standings in the West, the New Orleans Pelicans. The return of their point God, CP3 has not had the impact the team has hoped for. Granted, CP3 is coming back from a 14-game layoff due to injury. It will take the 37-year-old point guard some time to get back into the groove of things. Chris Paul shot an unusual 3 out of 10 field goals Sunday, fouling out of the game in OT when the team needed his play-making the most. Deandre Ayton dropped another gem with 25 points & 10 rebounds in a losing effort. The team fought back in the 4th quarter to send the game to OT but in the end, still came out short.
The dunk heard all around the NBA!
In the closing seconds of Friday night's game, New Orleans PF Zion Williamson threw down what in my opinion should be a candidate for dunk of the year! Something the suns were not too fond of…due to the unwritten rules of the game. Zion's dunk caused the teams to get into a scuffle after the final whistle was blown.

Get-right game?
The Suns have a meeting in H-Town Tuesday night against the young & reckless Houston Rockets. The Rockets are a team that the Suns beat by nearly 20 points in their last encounter. The team hopes to have their all-star player, Devin Booker back on the court to help them end the current 4 game skid after missing Sunday's game. Role players like Mikal Bridges & Cam “Turbo” Payne, who scored in the double digits on Sunday's game will need to step up and help CP3 with some of the scoring load in the event that Booker misses another game. It will take a complete team effort if the Suns want to get back in the winning column.
